Why Choose Fuzion Bi-Fuel to Convert Your Diesel Engine to Natural Gas?

Bi-Fuel Engine Conversions For Drilling Rigs
Bi-Fuel engine conversions enable up to 70% diesel displacement with natural gas. Each installation includes a rig edge safety system covering gas filtration, pressure management, and pressure protection. The result is safe and reliable performance in the field with no power or efficiency loss.
Gas detection is integrated into the above rig edge ESD system. The rig edge ESDV will close automatically in the event of an LEL fault.
GTI Bi-Fuel Applications
GTI Bi-Fuel can be installed on most stationary engine makes/models & sizes such as:
Cummins QSK15
Cummins QSK50
Detroit Diesel MTU 12V4000
GTI+ Bi-Fuel® System
The GTI+ Bi-Fuel® System builds on the experience of over 3300 installed GTI BiFuel Systems worldwide. The GTI+ platform offers improved performance through the use of an innovative new mixer design and fully electronic, closed-loop fuel control valve-based gas train. The design increases system responsiveness, reduces the degree of—and eliminates the effect of—any parasitic pressure drop between the gas train outlet and turbocharger inlet.
The GTI+ Bi-Fuel System maintains the basic design philosophy of the original GTI product line: Simplicity in design and operation, while maintaining a true zeropressure “draw through” configuration that maximizes engine safety.
